Room and board:
From August 24 to August 30 you are provided with room and board. Due to the limited number of accommodations, there can be no guarantee of either single or double rooms.
Should you wish to be accommodated in either a single or double hotel room, please state this when registering (for this there is a surcharge of € 37.- per person per day). Lunch and dinner (included in the course fees) will be served in the Albrecht-Ernst-Gymnasium (high school) in Oettingen, where classes take place and the practice rooms are located.
During the Festival you will have at least four instructional sessions with the professor of your choice. The instructional sessions will be scheduled following the tour on Tuesday morning. During the tour you will become acquainted with the rehearsal rooms of the Albrecht-Ernst-Gymnasium (high school), which are also available for your use outside of the instructional times.
All courses start on the morning of Tuesday, August 25.
All participants receive free admission to the professors’ concerts during the festival week. On August 29 and 30, we organize celebratory final concerts, in which master-class participants perform the works they have studied and rehearsed.
