When you register, please transfer the full course amount (plus any fees for transfers from abroad) to our account. Please note that we can only consider completely completed registrations after full payment.
The organizer and the lecturers reserve the right to select participants.

Cancellation:
If you cancel, a processing fee of €60 will be retained. If you cancel within the last 10 days before the start of the course or if you do not show up, we will charge the full course fee. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, we will refund the entire course fee.

Getting there:
You can reach Oettingen conveniently via the destination airports Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. If you arrive by train, there is the option of a pick-up service (please specify the destination station on the registration form).
Enrollment:
Personal registration takes place on Monday, August 26, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the festival office in the tourist information center in the town hall, where you will receive your accommodation and participation documents.
Accommodation and catering:
Accommodation is available from August 26th to September 1st. It includes overnight accommodation with breakfast and is private with families living in Oettingen, in holiday apartments or inns. Due to limited overnight accommodations, no guarantee can be given for accommodation in single or double rooms. If you would like hotel accommodation in a single or double room, you can indicate this when you register (surcharge €41 per person per day). Lunch and dinner are also included in the participation fee.
Masterclasses:
During the festival you will receive at least four teaching units with your chosen lecturer. The division of the teaching units takes place after the tour on Tuesday morning. There are rehearsal rooms available outside of class times, which you will get to know as part of the tour.
Course start:
The respective courses begin on Tuesday morning, August 27th.
Masterclass concerts:
As a participant, you have free entry to the lecturers’ concerts that take place during the festival week. On August 31st and September 1st we will be holding celebratory final concerts for the master course participants, where you can perform the works you have studied.
